Domain Names

Godaddy– Cheap place to get domains names. They always have coupons to use which helps you save. Make sure when you buy a domain you buy for multiple years rather than one to maximize your saving.
Namecheap– Another good place to get cheap domains. I bought a few domains from them before and the process was simple. Make sure you used promo codes to get the best value.

PPV/Pop Advertising Networks

50onred*- This ad network gives you the ability to advertise all over the world for a very low price. You can get targeted traffic from Pay-Per-View (PPV) ads, ppc banner ads as well as Cost-Per-Mile (CPM) banner ads. Great for promoting affiliate campaigns or products that you sell yourself.
Zeropark– They sell Pay-Per-View traffic and domain redirect traffic. They also have some search traffic alothugh I am not sure what the volume is like, I have not done a lot of test on it. You can pay as little as $.0001 per view. You can make a lot of money pushing CPA offers if you can properly optimize run-of-network (RON) traffic.

Inexpensive freelance designers*- My go to site when I need a freelancer. Most of my projects are design and programming jobs, but I have also had wordpress plugins and iPhone apps created without much hassle. Also a good place to hire cheap translators.
